Shipping policy

Processing Time:

All orders will be insured and sent in a discreet mailer box and you will be notified when I have shipped your order. 

• Orders for ready-made items will be processed within 2-3 business days.
• Made-to-order items are handmade after your order is placed; this process takes approximately 1-3 weeks (depending on the item) and you will be updated and notified when your piece is completed and ready for shipment.

Shipping Policies:

As we are based in Canada, all orders ship out via Canada Post. All packages will be insured for peace of mind.

• All purchases are subject to credit authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.
• Once I drop your order off at the post office, I cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen during shipment or delivery. If you would like a signature confirmation this can be added to your shipping label upon request (for an additional fee).
• USA/International Shipping rates and times vary based on package weight and shipping address. Customs/Duties & Import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and order value, and I have no influence or control over them. The customer is responsible for all customs and / or import fees. By law, I cannot lower the invoice value or send the order as a gift.

• Unless otherwise stated, all pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If your piece arrives broken or damaged in any way please contact me ASAP with photos.
• Please make sure that when ordering a ring OR cuff you have the correct size! I will not give refunds due to incorrect sizing.
