Shipping
Orders for ready-made items will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Made-to-order items are handmade after your order is placed; this process takes approximately 1-3 weeks (depending on the item) and you will be updated and notified when your piece is completed and ready for shipment. We are happy to provide updates on the timeline of creation when requested.
All orders will be insured and sent in a discreet mailer box and you will be notified when we have shipped your order.

Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://starboundjewelry.com/account/register and follow the instructions on-screen.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch using our contact form, just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Why has my order been canceled?
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via the contact form, we MAY be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. Please be mindful that all items are final sale, and returns and exchanges are not offered.
Can I alter my order?
Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

Unless otherwise stated, all pieces- including custom-made and comissioned pieces- are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you have any issue with your order or item, please contact us using our contact form.
- If your piece arrives broken or damaged in any way please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with photos and we will work together to find a solution.
- Please make sure that when ordering a ring OR cuff you have the correct size! I will not be able to give refunds due to incorrect sizing.

Do you ever do giveaways?
YES! Periodically. We do most of our giveaways on our Instagram. Feel free to follow us there to stay in the loop: @starboundjewelry
How do I find out my ring size?
Paper/string etc. methods are famously unreliable, for accurate sizing, either:
- Head to a local jewelry shop- They can quickly size you at their counter (for free!)
- Craft stores sell ring sizers for about $8, these are advantageous as you can find out your size whenever you need, for midi rings, friends and family etc!
- When measuring your wrist, use a tape measure. Allow yourself some wiggle room for a cuff as a tight fit can be uncomfortable.
- Please keep in mind that all pieces are final sale, and we do not offer returns for wrong sizes.
The product I want is not in stock, when will it be back in stock?
Thank you for your patience as you wait for the product to come back in stock! If you would like to be notified via email when the product is back in stock, just go to the product page and add your email address to the wait-list.
Some pieces are one of a kind, or part of a limited collection drop. Please reach out via our socials or contact form if there was something you really loved but missed out on, and we may bring it back (or a similar style) in the future.
Do you offer jewelry maintenance or repair?
At this time we do not offer jewelry repair or maintenance services. To find out how to care for your jewelry please visit our care page.
How do I request a custom piece?
Starbound primarily sells jewelry through small-batch collections and only on a case-by-case basis we do offer customized work: Please do not hesitate to send us a message via our contact form to inquire and we will get back to you if it is possible or not.
- For all custom pieces we require an up-front & non-refundable deposit fee. This price will vary depending on the piece you are requesting. The deposit also holds your spot on our calendar to ensure that your piece is crafted within the time you need it by.
- Please pay in a timely manner: Once your jewelry is finished you will be notified and the rest of the $ amount due must be paid in full prior to shipment. If after one week there is no contact about the piece or payment, it will be posted & sold on our website.
Following our instagram page: @starboundjewelry will keep you in the loop about collection releases and shop updates as well as you can see past work on there. These releases are set for specific dates at a specific time MST.
My jewelry is looking dull and no longer shiny :( what can I do?
We use raw metals like brass, copper and sterling silver in our pieces, that naturally oxidise over time. Please visit our jewelry care page for more information on maintaining and protecting the shine to your pieces. If you have any questions please drop us a message via our contact form.
